1. Top Visual Inspection Area

The top is a protective cover for the industrial vision camera, with a 2000-megapixel industrial camera, light source, and corresponding wiring inside. Only two symmetrical square covers are left on the top surface to allow the industrial camera to inspect the product, taking into account heat dissipation and later maintenance.

 

The Precision Dispenser of WELDO has a fully enclosed cover design that forms a stable imaging environment, improves visual inspection accuracy, and makes the overall front shape more complete and unified.

2. Front Control and Display Area

The front of the cover adopts a centered symmetrical layout: a large-sized industrial-grade computer screen is embedded in the center, allowing customers to adjust the point-removing path at any time while drawing it; 

 

Two sets of digital display control panels are symmetrically arranged on the left side of the screen, allowing real-time adjustment of core parameters such as valve temperature control settings without entering the software, and quick setting.

 

Standard expansion panel positions are reserved on the right side of the screen, allowing customers to add functional modules such as light source adjustment according to their needs, with strong versatility.

 

The left upper corner of the auto glue dispenser uses a precise screen printing process to print WELDO's LOGO, company name in full, and English translation, ensuring clear and firm identification that is not prone to falling off, so that customers can understand WELDO.

 

This Glue Dispenser Machine of WELDO integrates display, parameter observation, and operation on the front, conforming to ergonomic forward operation habits.

 

3. Dual-Platform Working Area

The Soft Enamel Machine of WELDO is a dual-station working platform structure. The work surface is made of marble material. The left and right workstations can achieve "left station for dispensing, right station for loading and unloading" in a circular operation, effectively bearing weight and preventing the machine from moving during operation to avoid accuracy degradation, significantly improving production efficiency.

 

The drive modules required by the Enamel Pin Filling Machine are all hidden in the all-pneumatic enclosure under the work surface, and only the flat working surface and moving gap are exposed on the front, without exposed screws, guides, or cables, and are equipped with a protective cover to ensure safety during the production process.

 

 

4. Integrated Valve Multi-Point Dispensing

The point dispensing valve group above the working area is uniformly fixed by a hanging needle-type installation plate, which can adapt to various high-precision point dispensing valves (piezoelectric valves, jet valves, online mixing screw valves, etc.) and support various materials such as AB glue, UV glue, and silicone. 

 

All air tubes and wires are routed uniformly from the back of the Glue Dispenser Machine, hidden and connected to the bottom plate, with no messy pipelines on the front. The valve group is neatly arranged, with uniform spacing, and can be equipped with 1-8 valves, capable of simultaneously dispensing on multiple workpieces, suitable for different production processes.

 

5. Safety and Detail Layout

Both sides of the automated glue dispenser Machine are equipped with quick key buttons and emergency stop buttons,  combined with the start button and status indicator lights,  with clear operation points.

 

Safety warning signs and operation reminder signs are pasted on the side of the work surface,  clear and with strong warnings.

 

When the operator stands,  their arms can naturally extend into the loading and unloading area without excessive bending or lifting,  and they are less likely to get tired during long-term operation.

 

6. Body Design

The entire machine adopts a three-stage color scheme of "miller white + dark gray + brand orange": this is the body color designed using WELDO's LOGO color scheme.

 

The visual cabin and workbench frame on the upper part are painted in white industrial spray paint; the lower cabinet door is painted in dark gray matte spray paint; and a long orange decorative strip runs through the middle drawer position,  breaking the monotonous all-gray / all-blue color scheme of traditional industrial equipment,  with clear visual hierarchy and high brand recognition.

 

The entire machine is equipped with sheet metal,  with sufficient thickness,  strong frame rigidity,  and the surface is treated with outdoor-level electrostatic spray painting,  with uniform coating,  strong adhesion,  wear resistance,  corrosion resistance,  and less peeling or rusting.

 

In contrast,  many low-priced equipment on the market use thin sheet metal + ordinary spray painting technology,  which is prone to peeling,  deformation,  and rusting after a period of use,  with a significant difference in appearance quality.

 

The lower cabinet body adopts an "upper drawer + lower double-door" composite storage structure.

 

The orange pull-handle drawer is pull-out,  storing keyboards and mice,  as well as dispensing syringes,  needle tips,  sealing rings,  and other small consumables and tools,  which is convenient to access; the lower double-door storage cabinet has sufficient space and is equipped with motion controllers,  power modules,  etc.,  and can also store spare consumables and maintenance tools,  making the workshop site cleaner.

 

The cabinet door uses an embedded silver metal handle,  simple and not obtrusive,  and the door lock is an industrial-grade rotating tongue lock with good protection.

 

Most similar glue dispensing equipment on the market has either an open machine frame with all components exposed,  or a small cabinet with a single door and extremely limited storage capacity,  often requiring consumables and tools to be stacked around the equipment,  which can look messy.

 

7. Bottom Support and Moving System

The Epoxy Resin Doming Machine is equipped with a standard configuration of 4 universal wheels + adjustable support cups at the bottom.

 

Each corner is equipped with a universal wheel with brakes,  which can easily push the entire machine to move,  suitable for adjusting the workshop production line,  transporting at exhibitions,  etc.

 

The inner side of the casters is equipped with four chrome-adjustable support cup holders. Once the Resin Doming Machine is in place,  simply rotate the cup holders to quickly level and fix it. It has strong load-bearing capacity and no vibration or displacement during operation.

 

Most entry-level dispensing machines on the market only come with fixed cup holders that cannot be moved. Shifting requires forklifts or multiple people to handle.

 

Some low-priced Dispensing Machines even use plastic cup holders,  which have insufficient load-bearing capacity and stability.
