To quickly alleviate the supply shortage and not delay the production plans of our customers, we promptly initiated an all-factory emergency rush production plan. The domestic factories adjusted their production scheduling plans, giving priority to the production of customized machines for Brazil. Meanwhile, the quality inspection team controlled the quality inspection process to ensure that no quality issues would arise due to the rush production.
After a two-week rush arrangement, WELDO has added two more containers, bringing a total of 30 brand-new devices ready for shipment directly to the local warehouse in Jacareí, São Paulo. This replenishment includes the popular models showcased at the FEIMEC exhibition as well as the mainstream and necessary models in the Brazilian market, fully covering the different purchasing needs of large, medium, and small-sized customers.
After the goods arrive at the warehouse, the local spot inventory will be fully restored, completely solving the current shortage of spot goods. Subsequently, both new and existing customers can continue to enjoy the purchasing advantage of immediate pick-up from the local warehouse without the need for long-term maritime waiting.
