The Efficient Baked Paint Dispensing System is a Visual Dispensing Machine designed for various metal badges, commemorative badges, cultural and creative souvenirs, hardware accessories, wearable nail art, badges, zipper pulls, hair clips, and medal coloring. It is suitable for different ratios of baked paint.
With precise control of the paint volume by Weldo's glue dispensing systems, the paint can be evenly applied or covered on the surface of the product, solving the problems of low efficiency, large color differences, overflow and leakage of paint, and uneven coloring that occur in manual coloring. 
This glue dispensing equipment uses high-definition industrial cameras for recognition. It quickly and accurately locates the product features placed on the WELDO sign aluminum plate and then applies color. This avoids the need for manual intervention adjustments and repetitive operations. 
The Baked Paint Dispensing Machine of WELDO has another very practical function, which is to optimize the movement path.
This system will automatically optimize the movement paths for dispensing and placement, reducing unnecessary additional walking paths and improving production efficiency.
