Product description

High Efficiency Baked Paint Dispensing Equipment is a Visual Dispensing Machine designed for coloring various small accessories and craft products. It can apply baked paint to a wide range of products such as hardware accessories, cultural and commemorative items, wearable nail art, metal badges, clothing zipper heads, fashionable hair clips, and sports medals.

By precisely controlling the amount of paint through Weldo's glue dispensing systems, the paint can be evenly applied or covered on the surface of the products, achieving a uniform color application, a full and smooth baked paint coating, and consistent color tones.

This automatic hot glue dispenser is made with a hard marble base and aluminum steel. It can effectively bear weight and prevent movement during operation, thus maintaining accuracy.

The Y-axis module adopts the principle of stability based on triangles. Three triangles are designed inside to provide support, significantly increasing the strength of the module and reducing the possibility of deformation. This also lowers the likelihood of slight deformation of the Glue Dispenser Machine during high-speed operation.

The Baked Paint Dispensing Machine of WELDO has another very practical function, which is to optimize the movement path.
