Liquid silicone labels are widely applied to clothing, footwear, bags and accessories for their soft touch, wear resistance and vivid color performance. To achieve high quality finished silicone patches with crisp patterns and stable output, a full set of matched professional machines is required for standardized production. Below we introduce each core device and its function in the complete manufacturing workflow.

 
1. Two Component Silicone Mixing Machine
The first step of silicone label production is raw material preparation. Our two component silicone mixing machine realizes automatic proportional feeding and uniform full mixing of liquid silicone A and B materials according to preset parameters.
Manual mixing easily causes uneven blending and unstable curing effect, while this automatic mixing equipment ensures consistent material ratio every batch, effectively avoiding defective products caused by mismatched silicone proportions. It greatly saves labor time and guarantees uniform raw material performance for subsequent processes.

2. Vacuum Defoaming Machine
After mixing, colored liquid silicone will contain tiny air bubbles that lead to pinholes and flaws on finished labels. Our vacuum defoaming machine is specially designed to extract air bubbles from surface color silicone.
As a production rule, only the surface color silicone needs vacuum defoaming treatment; base color silicone can skip this vacuum pumping step. Fast bubble removal shortens waiting time before dispensing and ensures smooth, flawless surface texture of silicone logos.

3. Silicone Label Making Dispensing Machine
The dispensing process directly determines the outline and thickness of silicone labels. The Silicone Label Making Machine accurately fills mixed, defoamed liquid silicone into prefabricated mold cavities.
Equipped with multi-head independent control and high precision servo positioning system. Precise silicone volume control keeps every label uniform in thickness without overflow or material shortage, laying a solid foundation for neat finished patterns.

4. Vacuum Vulcanizing Machine
Filled molds go into the vacuum vulcanizing machine for heating and pressure curing. Working under sealed vacuum environment, the machine eliminates residual micro bubbles inside silicone raw materials while heating and pressing the molds.
This integrated vacuum and hot pressing design enables smooth molding of silicone labels with sharp, clear patterns and zero surface defects. Compared with ordinary flat vulcanizers without vacuum function, it drastically reduces bubble waste and improves finished product yield by over 50%.

5. Cooling Table (Industrial Chiller)
After high-temperature vulcanization, silicone molds hold high residual heat which slows down demolding efficiency. Our cooling table (industrial water chiller) rapidly cools down hot vulcanized molds to room temperature.
Fast cooling shortens the waiting cycle before demolding, accelerates mold turnover frequency, and prevents silicone labels from deforming under continuous high temperature. Stable low-temperature circulation ensures consistent mold temperature for repeated production cycles.

6. Silicone Label Hot Press Transfer Machine
The final forming step for end products: the silicone label pressing machine completes thermal transfer bonding between finished silicone patches and fabrics, garments or shoe materials.
By combining heating and pressure, the hot melt adhesive film on silicone labels melts and firmly adheres the logo onto textile surfaces. The equipment delivers even pressure and stable heating temperature, making labels resistant to repeated washing without peeling or warping, suitable for mass garment factory transfer processing.
