The dispensing process directly determines the outline and thickness of silicone labels. 6. Silicone Label Hot Press Transfer Machine
The final forming step for end products: the silicone label pressing machine completes thermal transfer bonding between finished silicone patches and fabrics, garments or shoe materials.
By combining heating and pressure, the hot melt adhesive film on silicone labels melts and firmly adheres the logo onto textile surfaces. The equipment delivers even pressure and stable heating temperature, making labels resistant to repeated washing without peeling or warping, suitable for mass garment factory transfer processing.
