During the production of drop-gel convex labels and polyurethane resin signs, have you been troubled by various production issues?

Many of WELDO's customers still rely on manual operations for the PU resin dispensing of drop-gel labels.

Manual operation is prone to problems such as bubbles, uneven thickness of the adhesive layer, and overflow and edge leakage.

The differences between different batches of finished products are significant, resulting in high defect rates, customer returns, and serious material waste. Moreover, the two-component PU resin is adjusted by workers based on their experience, and even a slight deviation in the ratio can cause the drop-gel labels to not dry, the surface to become sticky and yellowish, or even the entire batch of raw materials to be directly scrapped.

For irregularly shaped drop-gel labels, traditional glue dispensing equipment requires custom fixtures.

Custom fixtures add extra costs and also prolong the prototyping cycle.

Manual production has inconsistent quality and is difficult to meet the strict quality inspection standards of brand customers, thus losing high-profit brand orders.

This Industrial PU Dispensing Machine is specifically designed for the production of drop-gel convex labels and polyurethane resin signs using PU glue, solving the above problems.

The pu dispenser is equipped with a visual positioning system, which automatically recognizes the product outline. Irregular and special style products do not require custom fixtures, and new products can quickly complete prototyping.

The auto glue dispenser achieves precise quantitative glue dispensing, ensuring uniform thickness of the PU drop-gel label adhesive layer, effectively reducing bubble, overflow, and edge leakage phenomena.

The PU glue is automatically and stably proportioned, avoiding human error in proportioning, and significantly reducing material waste and loss.

The sticker doming machine can switch between multiple styles, taking into account both small-batch prototyping and large-scale production, ensuring on-time delivery of orders.

The Visual Dispensing Machine precisely measures and dispenses glue, minimizing the waste of expensive PU glue and reducing the cost per unit product. The operation process is simplified, and ordinary employees can operate the machine after brief training, no longer relying excessively on experienced and skilled workers.
