University Experts and Student Delegation Visit Our Company for Technical Research and Exchange
Our company recently received a professional research delegation consisting of Professor Gong Shu and students from Guangdong University of Science and Technology and Macao Institute of Chinese and Western Innovation. Accompanied by Yuan Hongbo, Vice Chairman of Houjie Town Association for Science and Technology, and Du Jieqing, Operation Manager of Dake, the group visited our factory for in-depth research on our core automatic dispensing machine, Visual Dispensing Machine and PVC dripping machine technologies and industrial applications.
During the visit, Zhou Xiaofeng, Chairman of our company, warmly received the delegation and gave a detailed introduction to the development journey of Weldo. He fully presented our core product portfolio, including intelligent visual dispensing machines, high precision PVC dripping machines, automatic dispensing equipment and diamond/stone setting machines. He also shared our three major independent core technologies: visual recognition system, high-precision motion control technology and precise dispensing technology, which support stable and efficient production for PVC and silicone accessory manufacturing.
Meanwhile, he elaborated on our main application industries, covering garment rubber badges, PVC labels, custom crafts, silicone patches and various soft glue product manufacturing. These finished products are all produced by our clients using our automatic dispensing machine and PVC dripping machine production lines.
The delegation visited our product sample exhibition area, where they viewed a wealth of colorful and delicate finished products. Various styles of clothing labels, rubber badges and custom crafts fully verified the stable performance, high precision and wide applicability of our visual dispensing machine and automated dispensing solutions.
In order to let the students intuitively understand the equipment operation principle and intelligent programming system, our technical staff guided the students to experience our self-developed operating software on site. The students personally operated and tested the graphical programming human-machine interface specially designed for PVC dripping machine and visual dispensing machine production.
The delegation spoke highly of our user-friendly intelligent system. Different from traditional complex industrial programming software, our graphical visual programming system is simple and intuitive in operation. It enables operators with only junior high school education to quickly master the operation skills, independently complete dispensing path programming, and realize complex pattern production on automatic dispensing machines and PVC dripping machines. It greatly reduces the threshold of intelligent production and enterprise labor training costs.
This university-enterprise research and exchange activity builds a good communication bridge between academic education and industrial practical intelligent dispensing technology.
